This small group retreat invites up to 10 women to slow down, immerse fully in the richness of Cuban culture, and rediscover the best parts of yourself. Inhale. Exhale. We will divide our time between the Valleys of Viñales and Old Havana.
Viñales

Havana
Step into the vibrant cityscape of Havana, where history and passion intertwine to create a truly enchanting experience. You’ll be surrounded by colorful colonial architecture and the rhythmic pulse of Cuban music. You’ll find yourself immersed in a city brimming with creativity and charm. The lively streets and open-hearted locals will inspire you as you savor the rich tapestry of Havana’s dynamic energy. The spirit of Havana calls you to embrace the joy of living fully.
10% of proceeds for this retreat will be donated to women’s community organizations in Cuba. This itinerary is fully in compliance with US requirements for travel to Cuba under the category Support for the Cuban People.
Retreat Pricing is per person and varies based on accommodation choice at Elvira Mi Amor in Old Havana.

Accommodation in Viñales is shared (cabins sleep 3-4 women, with two twin beds + one queen bed). Private rooms are available at a neighboring farm just beside Finca Villaverde for a small supplement.

Terms + Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a refund is requested 60 days or more before the retreat start date, a full refund minus $1000 deposit is offered.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days before the retreat.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Submitting your deposit to The Exhale Collective LLC (TEC) constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. Participants are responsible to be adequately insured, therefore Traveler’s Insurance is strongly recommended. TEC and its staff assume no responsibility nor liability for any delay, loss, damage, injury or accident with regards to persons or property which may be caused by fault or negligence of any third party vendor. This includes hotels, transportation providers, and local operators participating in part for our services. TEC shall be held harmless for any expense caused by injury or accident, to any participants as well as any loss or damage of personal items while on our tours. We reserve the right to make any changes to services and itineraries, with or without notice, which may become necessary.
The Exhale Collective LLC, its affiliates, retreat facilitators, hotels, third party vendors, and tour providers, the ownership, or staff cannot be held responsible for events that are outside of our control. There are no refunds as per our cancellation policies. We highly recommend that all of our guests secure a quality travel insurance that will cover them for ANY event which may cause for a change of travel plans, or for ANY unfortunate event including but of course not limited to:
– Transportation delays, cancellations or changes due to strikes, labor disputes, or lockouts from airlines, boats, ferries or any type of transportation
– Any inconvenience or complication caused by bad weather, storms, and hurricanes : a direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike
– Government/political actions, events or situations; threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war
– Personal health issues or personal situations in general which may affect travel plans
– Any loss, theft or damage of personal items at any stage of your trip
– Any accident causing injury during any stage of your trip
– Travel restrictions or illness associated with COVID-19.
Cuba requires insurance for medical and the airline will be able to provide this for you. We need proof of purchase as well to show you are covered for medical emergencies if they become necessary in Cuba.
We are not able to refund payments or extend credits due to complications in travel, rescheduling or closings due to Covid-19 or other travel complications.
